On site energy walkthrough at UW Fond du Lac

On December 15st, H&H Energy Management staff and partner group ESI completed the initial walkthrough at UW-Fond du Lac for the state of Wisconsin Performance Contract program. The walkthrough included analysis of the overall building controls, lighting and control system, HVAC, retro-commissioning opportunties, and renewable energy assessment. The full report of the facility will be complete in early January.

H&H completes boiler training in Milwaukee

On December 1st, H&H Energy Management staff completed a boiler education training at McCotter Energy Systems in Milwaukee. The training covered the various boilers on the market including controls and energy efficiency retro-fits for existing boilers. The training covered the topics of condensing boilers, VFD controls for system design, motorized isolation valves, heat exchangers, Riello combustion system replacements, and servo motors for replacing linkage controls.

H&H completes scoping audit report for Wisconsin Performance Contracting Program

On Wednesday, November 30th, H&H Energy Management completed its second scoping audit for the Wisconsin Performance Contracting Program. This program provides a method for the Department of Administration to enter into a contract with a qualified Energy Service Company (ESCO) on behalf of a state agency for development, implementation, verification, and repayment of one or more cost savings measures. Agencies will benefit by reduced overall energy costs, improved facilities, and a reduction in energy consumption.
